CNC Carving machine:

the machine is developed  independently by our professional engineers. it is in the gantry symmetrical structure and with little thermal deformation. the cast iron structure makes the machine in high tensile strength, fine vibration-proof, strong rigidity and in the stable way of the cutting. the fixed profile of the crossbeam guide rail uses ladder-form in order to make the gravity of Z axis more outstanding.

the spindle moves in the steady way. the precision bearings are used in the machine, so that the lead screw can rotate smoothly.

the machine can do the processing in the high speed and precision way. in its processing, it can polish the surface brightly, especially in the finish machining, it can work more effectively.
